I cant tell you how much i LOVE this band. This video is shot so well. Well anyways i first played this song when i recieved it about 9 months ago at a gig i was doing and everyone was groovin. But in the back of my mind there was a different scene playing. Maybe a red convertable Ferrari cruising Rodeo Drive with a blonde on one side and cigarette hanging out the window while the southern california palms trees are information in the rear view mirror! It reminds me of a good 80’s movie opening sequence but this video has made me change my mind on what i see everytime i hear this song now!

Blue Gold: The Movie

BLUE GOLD is a new documentary on the iconic blue jean – from the working man’s pants to the phenomenon it is today. The film includes stories from collectors, vendors, historians and denim legends. If there is a film to get me more amped than National Geographics, it’s this one.

I’m Singin’ in The Rain

With four straight days of soaking rain here in Southern California, i need a pick me up from this dreary weather. What better to do than to be Singin’ in The Rain.

Here is a famous clip from the 1952 comedy musical Singin’ in the Rain starring Gene Kelly. Whenever it rains, I tend to sing this song in my heard…definitely a classic.

The A-Team Trailer

I was a HUGE A-team aficionado growing up – I mean, what kid in the 80’s could resist “a fictional group of ex-United States Army Special Forces who work as soldiers of fortune while being on the run from the military for a “crime they didn’t commit”.

Now comes a rem-make :A-Team actors consist of Liam Neeson, Quinton Jackson, Bradley Cooper, and Sharlto Copley. I have absolutely ZERO expectations, and actually expect them to F’ it up. But lets wait and see. Trailer below … (via swipelife)
